For high-risk operations, such as Specific Category flights, we use advanced mitigation systems like Flight Termination Systems (FTS) and parachute recovery systems, allowing us to safely fly in more complex environments.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all video footage, photographs, and related media content captured by Top Drone shall remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Top Drone.
By engaging Top Drone’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees that Top Drone retains full rights to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and license such media for its purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, portfolio display, social media, and inclusion in future commercial or creative projects.
Any restrictions on the use of such material by Top Drone must be agreed to in writing prior to the commencement of the project.
If a client wishes to own, edit, or resell the media, this must be formally agreed upon in writing prior to filming. In such cases, a copyright transfer fee will apply to grant exclusive usage rights. This ensures our work is used appropriately and allows us to protect our creative assets unless full rights are purchased.
According to the Irish Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000, copyright cannot be transferred without a written agreement.
